Do you believe in the paranormal? We are a group based in the Eastern Panhandle of WV. Our members live in WV, MD and Northern VA. We investigate places in NC, KY, TN. VA, WV, OH, MD, DC, PA, DE and other areas as called upon, that are known to have paranormal activity. We currently have about 10 investigators with experience from 1 year to 25+ years and we are growing. Here you will find our findings of Investigations, Photos, Videos and EVP recordings. What We Offer: We offer FREE consulting, investigation, and instruction to anyone having problems with a haunting or paranormal activity. We're also here for those who simply want to learn more about the subject. Sometimes having a ghost in your home can be scary, other times downright terrifying, and even fascinating, but we have dealt with all this before and can help. We keep an open mind, but we attempt to find natural explanations for any occurrences before we deem things haunted. We are 100% law abiding. Our priorities are to help our clients with their haunting, and teach the interested about ghosts. We're not in a contest for the best website, or the most content as most of our clients information will never be on this site. However we will put up info on public investigations. We also sponsor a Meetup group called Paranormal Reality, for those who are interested in learning more about paranormal activity and how to do a proper investigation. We have fun, and learn.
Our Mission: Our mission is to help anyone struggling with a ghost or haunting. We compile extensive data on each case and share that information with our clients. We try everything we can to assure the both the client and the entity can co-exist in peace. Clearing is offered, but only as a last resort.

Because paranormal activity is not supported by conventional scientists nor by specialized equipment manufacturers, it cannot be recreated in a controlled setting. Therefore the field of paranormal investigation is populated by theory, speculation, and opinion. Due to these limitations, what is shared in this web site http://www.mid-atlantic-paranormal-investigations.org is what MAPI as an organization feels is closest to the truth. MAPI is not claiming these beliefs to be fact, but rather, educated theories and observations based on years of experience and research.
